In-Person or Online Yoga Classes
- Classical Yoga Integral-based yoga tailored to you [slower flow]. Classes focus on the full spectrum of Yogic practices for a complete, well rounded, and authentic Yoga experience.
- Vinyasa Yoga Westernized exercise-based yoga [faster flow], more advanced poses with integration of power, strength and core work.
- Restorative Movement Gentle asana and floor-based movement paired with breathwork, foam rollers, heated stones and sandbags. Yoga Nidra (deep yogic rest) available upon request.
- Beginner Yoga A Beginner Yoga Series. Classes deigned for beginners as well as those who want to reestablish their foundation of Yoga. We take time to work through alignment and breathe into postures.
- VinYin Yoga Vin/Yin is a rigorous Yang style vinyasa paired with a gentler mat-based receptive Yin Yoga.
- Employee Wellness Yoga Take a break in your day to stretch your body and quiet your mind. Yoga is a fantastic perk at work. It helps to create connection, reduce stress, and build a strong team.
- Chair Yoga Gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance; makes the practice more accessible.
- Functional Pilates Core-based exercise that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements. Chair pilates available as well.
